Cause:
- Air bubble inside the cartridge
- The print head may be clogged with dried ink
- Poor condition or aging of print head
- Incorrect cartridge installation
- Running out of ink for certain color
- Wrong print settings
Solution:
- Clean the print head 2-3 times by pressing the “Clean Print Head” button to remove the air-bubble and clean the print head (Please read the printer user manual for detail)
- The installation method is not correct, reinstall the cartridge and clean the print head 1-2 times
- Replace old cartridge
- Remove the seal film at the bottom of the cartridge, resulting in the ink will leak out and it causes blank lines or shadows when printing
- Check the “Print Quality” setting on your printer; you may mistakenly have chosen “Draft” or “ Economic”
- Replace the old print head

Cause:
- Air bubble inside the cartridge
- The printer is aged or damaged or blocked
- The yellow label on the cartridge has not been removed on the cartridge
Solution:
- Clean the print head 2-3 times by pressing the “Clean Print Head” button. (Please read the printer user manual for details)
- Shake the cartridge well before installing
- Remove the yellow label to let the air enter into the cartridge
- Remove the seal film at the bottom of the cartridge, resulting in the ink will leak out and it causes blank lines or shadows when printing

Reason:
- The cartridge has not been installed correctly
- The chip has got dirt or dust
- The spring touching needle in the print head is out of order or damaged
- The spring tablet in the printer cannot be used without the chip
Solution:
- Follow the right procedure and reinstall the cartridge in. (Please read the printer user manual or “Tips for compatible cartridge”)
- Use dry cloth to clean the chip and reinstall the cartridge
- Check the spring touching needle
- It cannot be fixed and would need to be replaced

Reason:
- A warning message preset by the printer manufacturer to remind the user that the cartridge is not original
Solution:
- Click "yes" when the warning message asks you to click “yes” or “no”, and follow the instructions. This will not affect the printing quality

Reason:
- The printer power is off when installing a new compatible inkjet cartridge, so the printer keeps the status of the previous cartridge
Solution:
- Turn the printer off and on again, signal will be gone until compatible inkjet cartridge is depleted

Cause:
- Little lubrication oil
- Low temperature in work circumstances
- External force stops the cartridge
Solution:
- Add lubrication oil after cleaning the shaft and the cartridge carriage
- Regulate the temperature
- Remove the foreign body

Cause:
- Angle of the printer head has not been properly adjusted
- Paper or cartridge does not meet the printing requirement
- Wrong printing media chosen
- Printing media may be humid
- Resolution of the image
- Breakdown of the printer
- Deviation of print out printed from different computers
Solution:
- Please read the solution of “Blank line on the printout”
- Align the print head according to the specialized software
- Use qualified paper and cartridge
- Make sure you use clean and dry paper. If the paper is damp, the printing quality will not be good
- Use Inkjet paper for Word Document and Inkjet Photos paper for Images/Photos
- Replace the damp paper by dry paper and print again

- The print paper has been loaded incorrectly
- The paper is curled or creased
Solution:
- Remove the stuck paper
- Replace the paper by the qualified one and adjust all sides
